[HELP]Char missing after login, but have in database

hye, i need help from ur guys.. this situation happen to my friend server. There's a player who login into wow and after that he found his char is missing. Before that, the server have been closed for a while to update the client into 2.4.1 and also the server itself.

So the problem appeared after the server updated and also client for all players. When he check in the database, the char is available with the correct id and so on. But after the player login, his char not appeared.

anyone can help me solving this problem??
