Help! Custom Items won't change!

I know how to make custom items. I have made a lot and what I noticed is after I make an item, if I go back and change it, it doesn't change in-game. What can i do to make it so they change in-game? In another words, everytime I make an item it stays the way I FIRST made it and wont ever change unless I delete it of course... PLeae help! Im using mafiaboys repack Ascent ver. 2.3.0 (thanks mafiaboy :D).

go to your WoW directory and delete the folder in there named Cache should solve this

Did you try restarting your server after implementing it into the database?
