[help] hehe another problem with npc's [help]

So, i finally got my server to work with 2.3.0 running ascent rev. 2341. At the moment i have only found these to problems.

1. Can't make guild (Guild master gives no option)
2. Hunter trainer doesn't give all spells, theres like 4 or 5 that start at lvl 2 so you can't use it ( I don't know if this is only with hunter)

Why is this happening? Did i miss something installing? I installed all the SQL updates that cam with it. If anyone knows how to fix this, can u please post it here? Thanks

At least you have NPC's for me all NPC are gone and monsters! T_T
Other then that its 100 % not laggy LOLZ!

Ok i have more problems

All of them are listed here:

3 and 4 give a message that says something about cannot find column. Can someone find a fox ro re-edited these? Thanks

I guess that you are admin/GM on your server? Lol..
Just use ".createguild <name>"? :) Remember to have yourself targetted

why don't the npc's talk to me??? I mean i got the vendors installed, but they don't talk
