[Help]Item+language bug

so i made a server with the latest ascent and all... everything works fine but... when i try to add custom items... any of them i get some bug ingame where it says You cannot talk this language or smth. The item itself is accessable ingame and works fine but i cant speak or use commands. If anyone knows how to fix this... please help me. Also if i make a new char talking works for a while...
