help it's important the last partttt

hi all,
plz help i am trying the whole week to put my server online but every time i get to the realm choose the realm is offline i changed it from 3 to 0 but still not working.
so i started to think that the problem is at the ip i putted al the other ip's at WS, LS and RS folders correctly so i think the problem is at nevicat.

what ip should i put at realm list table?

i am using kobold v2.

i have tried a few more times but each time it is not working i have tried:
my router ip, my wan ip, my dns ip.
what to do???
