[help] mangosd crashing

iv already posted this once, got some help, did what they said bt the same error came up. i thought id make a new thread because its on the second page now and i wld get a warning for bumping anyway.

this is my error...



iv installed wow client, updated 1.12.0 and 1.12.1

made a map folder, ran ag.exe, got the maps, but them in my mangos server folder.

but it keeps coming up with this error.

anyone know how to fix?

This stumped me as well. You're not using the latest or correct verison of ad.exe. The links posted in the binary forum post aren't correct for the latest client and mango version.

The one that If ound that works is 188,416 bytes. Came from mango files . de site.

thanks, its not crashing anymore. but now i get these errors...



when i load wow, i login and it says logged in fine.
i tick the USA box and click ok
then it asks me to choose a realm, i click the only one there, named MaNGoS, but it just keeps asking me for it again and again.

i tab back to windows, and it shows these messages...



any ideas?

ok, lets see... from this, I would guess you are running the newest mangos, with the Silvers DB, prolly 0.5.2 since it errored, and you probably updated, trying to fix it. So, lets see.... One, Try using Bloodscavengers repack found out in the forums... I think this link still works....

ok, well, IF you were running Silvers DB, either 0.5.1 or 0.5.2, what kind of SQL manager are you using? SQLyog? Navicat? either way, If you look into the errors, Open your editor, open the Mangos DB, and view the tables that the compiler says you are missing.
Making an SQL file to import all those values is possible, but alot of work if you are new to it. Try a repack, see if you get it to work, if so, then we have isolated it to the versions you are currently running, and we can move on from there...

whilst your here. do boats work? if yes, whats the id to make a ticket? if no, why no?

to what i know, and all the WoW gaming I have done, I have never heard of tickets for boats.

Boats are hard to emulate, like the taxi system, because of travel paths... an easier solution, for now, would be to implement portals where the boats are, and work on fixing boats at a later time... I will look through sql files to see what I can find on ships and zepelins, and ill let you know. Best of luck with bloods, and I am sure we will have everything else sorted out soon enough.
