[Help] Mega delay

First of all I want to excuse for my bad english.

I`m playing on MaNGOS Trinity Core 3.3.5a. After the update of the server the delay comes up. 1300ms delay or bigger all the time. The server is http://www.dragonfire-bg.net. Can smbdy help me or to help the developers of the server about that delay. Please, help us.

My advice to you is post more helpful info. Could you post us how many ppl are on your server when the lag happens, and the hardware specs, as well as host. Lag is determined by a bunch of factors that, without proper info we cannot diagnose.
