[Help] Mount and Instance problem

How do i edit my data-base so that i don't need any riding skill to be able to buy a mount. The instructor wont talk to me, thus i cant get the riding skills.
"please help me, i have this problem since 1.12.1"

Also how do i edit my data-base so that i don't need to be in a raid group to enter an instance.

.gmon fixes that last problem. and .lookupspell fixes the first. You don't want to go around modding the DB in that fashion. Theres no telling what "needs" that mount has. And my server works perfectly for mounts. I have a feeling you've done something wrong if you havn't been able to talk to riding trainers.

i use the official of release from Log In
and imported all the changeset provided

i have emptied out my database so many time to try and get this to work, i also used different release of SDB (official and unofficial), but no luck.

what should i do; reinstall SQL, SQLyog, windows? lol
could someone direct me to a SDB release that has working mount? i would very much appreciate
