[Help] MySQL

I got this problem, restarted my computer and i couldnt open my server anymore it couldnt connect to the DB, couldnt open it or connect with SQLyog.
Now i delete it all and downloaded it again rdy to install installed MONYOG and MySQL at the way, it comes to.

Prepare Configuration. Completed
Whrite Configuration file. Completed
Start Service. Completed
Apply Security Settings - Freezed at this point, like " aint answering " in job list. I tryed it over and over tryed everything i could get in my mind to fix this, i have runned it b4 at this computer wtf , anyone could help ?

Ah This is complicated. Dont follow what im going to say unless you are sure
First of all, uninstall MySQL, after the uninstall, go into your program files folder and delete the MySQL folder, there still will be some config files there. Then go into your registry Start>Run>regedit . then click on HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE then SOFTWARE then Find the MYSQL folder, delete all the files inside. Restart the PC, Install the LATEST version of Mysql, and it shouldwork, did for me.
P.S. If you get a security error on the new installation, just press retry and it will work :)

Also, Check on Task Manager under processes if "mysql-nt.exe" If it is, then it is already running as a service, you just gotta remember the password you installed it as:P
