Hello i have little problem with MySQL when im trying to do my own database my sql is pissing me off ..... LOOK on screenshots thanks for help im newbie :juggle::juggle::juggle:

You need to remove the old SQL instance before creating a new one.

Start, All programs,
Mysql, Mysql server 5.0, MySQL Server Instance Config Wizard
Then next, remove instance, next execute

Then retry you should be fine

if that doesnt work you will need to delete your MySQL Folder in Program Files so basically

Step 1) Uninstall MySQL
Step 2) Go to My Computer>C:>Program Files and delete the folder named MySQL

then reinstall MySQL and it should do the trick, but try Pmillers suggestion first
