Help:NCDB657+ascent2383, no NPC in game.

I am using ascent 2383 and inported NCDB 657 database, when I launch ascent, there was no error at all and game entered without problem. but somehow, when I entered the game, there was no any NPC at all, I tried few latest update patch, but still didn't work, any1 give a hint plz.

Is it so hard to search a little? This is known issue, have you tried this?
