Try updating your Ascent and Database and check out my topic about choosing the right programs for you server. The ascent I'm using (r3119) doesn't have the no-npc bug.

Espionage i looked through that i dont understand it and also in game it says what i put as my Database Ascent trunk rev3000

You didnt change your svnheader file when you compiled Ascent. So thats why it will say just 3000. I remember when you SVN checked out Ascent, it was at 3116.

Also the part about SQL updating is pretty straight foward:

[Ascent] SQL updates?
- Only certain SQL updates help you while others will not help at all. Run only what you need.
- I used all the SQL updates for the world database one time, couldn't use Trainers.
- Always backup your character database before you SQL update it for a certain Ascent revision.
- The file called "2527_world_equals_NCDB_rev690" in your "world_updates" folder means that if your NCDB was revision 690, it would equal 2527 meaning you should run any update above 2527 on your database I'm guessing.
- If you did a SVN update of your NCDB, you should of seen some update called "NCDB 831 = 2914". This means if you have NCDB 831, you must run all sql updates above 2914.

Just find the file that says something like "NCDB *** = ****"

they changed creature_proto table, my friends

they added new collum called attacktype

if you using latest revisions

execute the follwing SQL querrie to your databse:

ALTER TABLE creature_proto ADD COLUMN attacktype INT(4) NOT NULL DEFAULT 0 AFTER attacktime;
