Help on MaNGOS can't get anything to connect...

Hey i just downloaded the 2.0.12 complete pack posted by trashman on page 12 i think on the MaNGOS update binary page thread above, and i got the server up and i cant get any of the other computers on my network to connect... it justs sits on Connecting while trying to log in. the only thing i want is to play this through LAN and connect my other computers ive tried changing the ip's in the .conf files from 127.0.0.1 to the ip address i get through ipconfig. that didnt work the realmd and mangos exe wouldnt even function, then i went in the realmd on the phpmysqladmin went to realm list and switched the ip to the one i get through the ipconfig still nothing... can anyone help me out or can point me in the right direction i just cant seem to figure this one out. all help appreciated thank you.
