i need help getting my server online

my webpage keep saying the server is down, but other people can still connect to my server.
then when i go try to add my server on wowstatus.net, it say my server is down and wont add my server to their list.

i have 2 realm: one with the wan ip so other people can connect to the server, and one with my private ip address so i can connect to the server with them.
(on my page it would say the realm with wan ip is down, but the realm with private ip is up)
(i also have 2 different site for my server one for the webpage and one for realmlist.wtf)
