[HELP] Port Forwarding!

I got a Little Simple Problem, and i Hope some "Experts" is Replying!
I've Forwarded some Ports, and it Worked!
My Dynamic IP & External IP Works!
But i got 1 Problem.. When my Server is Running with the Dynamic IP I've Made, and i can Connect with the Dynamic IP.
But Other cant Connect with the IP -.-

Please Tell Me Why Other Cant Connect!
Ps. I dont want to Run my Server with Hamachi Again -_-'/
