[Help] problems with wow server

ok so i am trying to install wow server and i have problems with my sql...
first i opened all of the ports .. canceled all fire walls and when i m trying to connect to myself (putting my real ip in the navicat mysql)this is what it says : ImageShack - Hosting :: omfghc3.jpg
hmh i need help becuz its works fine with the ip 127.0.0.1... so i dont see what is the prob to connect with the real ip .. from (www.whatismyip.com).
