[HELP/REQUEST] WAMP and Website problems.

I need help with 3 things:

1. WAMP won't install wampmanager.exe, I tried everything! Can someone with a working 1.7.2 wampmanager.exe post it here!

2. I can't get my DynDNS redirect to work. When I type localhost, its fine. But typing my redirect ( 1337wow.game-server.cc ) It says forbidden! Can someone help me! I Have port 80 open and when I play WoW it works perfectly on anyones PC. HELP!

3. I NEED PHP HELP! I AM USING SPORA FRONTEND AND IT SHOWS A BLANK PAGE! HELP!
