[HELP] reseting mangos server

Hi guys,

just wandered if anyone knows how i can make changes take place in the server (i.e new items/quests I'v added) without having to actually close down mangos.exe and opening it back up again, because this can get pretty annoying...

as im aware you cant, must shut it down to reload it if there was a console command for it the server would probally become VERY unstable(even if you did a hard reset)
