[help] Server with router...

Hello, i need your help please, i have got a router, and i have a problem with the server.
(The problem isn't about the ports)

In the realm config, i should put my external IP. But if i do that, and i open the server, all of my friends can log in in my server, but i can't. and if in the realm config, i put my internal IP, i can log in and my friends can't.

Then problem is in the "Select server screen". What should i do? because if i can log in, my friends can't, and if my friends log in, i can't.
