[help] Skill Teachers dont teach skills (Ascent Server)

hello i was playing my own WoW server with some friends and Famaly.
when we wanted to go and learn skills, the skill teacher talkt to us, but he didnt show the link/button to learn the skills.

plz tell me how i can fix this we really need it badly.
