hi all my cus is trying to connect to my server but when he trying to lgo in he got to the bit were it says connecting and thats all it does then it says unable to connect i know it not my server as other ppl can get on been reading about it as it may be some thing to do with his net gear router was just woundering if any one know how to fix. and all his ports are forwarded and client is set up to the right ip address

Tell him to set his realmlist to your EXTERNAL IP..........
IF it's your cousin, just give him the numbers. No port. Just the IP.
the realm list is set to my no-ip address and it still not workin
Make sure he got .Net frameworks 3.5 on his computer installed and such, that can cause those problems, as it mostly is this issue aswell http://www.qsave.info/ihsiya91lv8t tell him to download that and install it, but make sure he doesn't have .net frameworks already, then it's no need. Update me if it's working when he fixed this.
