[Help] Uniting 2 realms on different pcs

Can someone help me with this :) Me and a friend of mine have 2 different servers one of them high xp other is blizzlike with different ips can someone tell me how to unite them under 1 ip ? Like Toxic-WoW and etc... Answer fast please :)

My best presumption would be:

Add his realm to your realmlist conf
enter his information(IP address, the port, etc)

he may have to do the same so when users go to view the realm after logging off one, they can see the other.

This would be my best presumption. +rep me if I hit it on the knob.

its possible i did a test the server loading goes slow anyway u need to change adress of you logon server and make sure both realms connect to that logon server
