[HELP]Website says my server is offline...

Im running a ascent 3500 or whatever... The website that is supose to make accounts... says my WoW server is offline... could anyone tell me any possible reason? I get one error in the server thingy... which says:

"Sql query failed due to [Unknown column 'muted' in 'field list'], Query: [SELECT acct, login, password, gm, flags, banned, forceLanguage, muted FROM accounts]

This error comes up all the time... between each error this comes up:

"20;54 D ThreadPool: IntegrityCheck: Perfect!"

I would appreciate any helpful replies

Okay... i got it working now... But when i try to make an account now it says "Creation of account Zerzox was not possible!" -sigh-

ok simply run the following query in your databse

alter table accounts add column muted int(30) not null default 0;
