help with bluesailor mdh pl0x

ok i'm in this situation:
i got the server running and stuff like that can do all things but i want bluesailer mdh because u can make custom npc's (from what ive heard with it)
but it keeps giving me this weird error when i start:
Your configuration file is wrong, modify your options...
Value cannot be null.
Parameter name: item

when i press ok it goes further into the program
i did the options and such so i can start the server true server management.

but here is my problem.

in the command bar or something were you can select file - mangos DB management - modules - tools - options - view - ?
when i open "mangos db management" it only gives me gray options to choose from (wich i cant click because they are gray)

i maybe know what the error is but im not sure
because on the website of the bluesailor mdh tere is this part:
REMINDER FOR THE BEST USAGE :

1) You need latest MaNGOS Revision
2) MaNGOS Database MUST NOT HAVE STARTING NUMBER CHARACTER (2177 = WRONG | Hello = GOOD)
2) You need Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0
3) You need MySQL 5.*
4) You need MySQL to be configured to allow remote connection.

i know i got almost everything correct im only not sure about the last 1 this line: 4) You need MySQL to be configured to allow remote connection.
i dont know how to enable mysql to alow remote connections
can someone please explain it to me. then maybe my problem is solved

If you want use MDH with Silvermoon database then you will have to do this:

* Open your database in SQLYog.
* Right Click on "areatrigger_template", and select "view data".
* Click on the label for the "name" column. This sort the field alphabetically.
* Click on each of the "(NULL)" entries you see in the name field and hit the DEL (delete) key.
* Click the Save Button to save changes and close SQLYog.
* Open MDH, and everything should work fine.

got a problem... when i gonna edit or create a vendor, it sais, there is already an item vendor in creation, complete that first and you can go on... what can i do? o_O;
