Help with pet's Wow server mangos

i have a problem with my server...

i use a pet with warlock or hunter and it works good, next time i use it all its options are grey and not responding, and i cant dismiss my pet...

i need to reinstall all my server files again to make it work... but then i do it and next time it wont work either...

does anyone has a fix for it ( SQL bugfix for pet or something ? )
