Help with Private Server

I am trying to make my own private server, and I have everything downloaded, but I cannot open the realmlist.wtf file. Anyone know what program I need to be able to open it? I have Adobe, but it says it can't view .wtf file. PLEASE HELP!!

lol, this may sound dumb, but I just got a new PC and honestly, it doesnt have notepad ROFL!!! QQ....can you download notepad?

Wow.. I don't really know, mine always came with notepad. Try going in Start>All Programs>Accessories> and it should be there.
