help with setting up ludmilla server!

i tried to set up a ludmilla server by completing this guide:

but when i try to start the server up it shows me:

go C:\Program Files\mySQL\MySQL Server 5.0\bin.. and u can see that there's a file called libmySQL.dll. COPY THAT FILE to WS, RS and LS folder of your Kobold.

aceindy, the whole thing is from the cause of wrong DLL version..
