(HELPME!!) I need help, weird thing not newbie question

Cant acess my antrix.exe or logon.exe, ever since i reinstalled my computer, before that i had a server up and running with some people, but i had to reinstall for several reasons now i cant get my server up, this is the error i get

"The application failed to intialize properly (0xc0150002). Click on OK to terminate the application"



Any1 have an idea????
i didnt get this problem before i reinstalled my comp and i had a running server so im thinking im missing some program for running antrix.exe and logon.exe, i know how to run a server and everything i had it all set up but then this error pops up and i cant do anything.:eek6:
