What is the difens on Ascent and Mangos ? And any god a relest whit Wolk and a Guid will be nice =]

What is minimum of server i need ? and do you know a cheap place ?

I suggest ArcEmu. Ascent and MaNGOS are different server cores, both are WoLK.

A server is best run on XAMPP using PHPMyAdmin on a home computer or VPS. VPS' are around
