Hi everyone i am currently a GM but even i need help on how and what i should do?

I am currently a GM on a server which isnt that popular but a good 20 people it has;

know the admin has it hosted and finally gave me access today to try to fix a view things but its just so godam messy and its not like what i am used to (where its just short and easy)

so here is how this host SQLog looks like



so now i need to know a few things on what you would suggest me to do?

i need to add arena season III vendors + tier 7 vendors + custom weapons/armors

so do i

A) Someone helps me find the stupid import SQL file and excute
or
B) I download AC repack 7.5 i copy the old ascent note pad and replace all that and then when i open sqylog will it be updated or what?
