Horde + ally problem

So i have been on many servers and i have seen horde can group with ally , and ally with horde and they can talk with eachother to.

Now i have my own server running and i'm a Admin and i'm Ally but i can't talk with horde to help them out ( i know you can learn all_lang ) but i just want to change it.

so horde and ally can talk and group with eachother

is this easy to change?

Anyway if you can explain me or have a guide would be very nice.

is very easy
just change in your mangosd.conf:
# Allow or not common :chat(say,yell);channel(chat)group(join);trade for players from different teams.
# Defaullt: 0 (Not allowed)
# 1 (Allowed)
AllowTwoSide.Interaction = 0 <------ change it in 1
