How Can I Edit Items in Mangos Server?

Could anyone here show us how to modify items in a mangos server?

I've found MDH (Mangos Database Handler) to crash from time to time. It would be nice if there was a newer version. I have had to restart the db to get it to take the item changes though... but doing 1200DPS is pretty neat. :)

Anyway i downloaded a Mangos server they claim to be stable that works with 1.12.1 from here http://www.filebabe.com/ccount/click.php?id=44 and it works and i never installed mysql because it uses something else as the database internal i guess. Anyway i don't know what database it uses and i can't configure the MDH to work so i'm lost please help.

Did you bother to configure MDH? If you did, then it should connect (but does crash from time to time) and allow you to modify the db. I have had to restart the db and the server to get the items to actually show up properly though.
