How do i create an account creation website antrix

I have been trying everywhere to set up an account creation website and i just cant do it and i can only make my server public by hamachi.
Could anyone do me a massive favour and give me instructions on how to make a account creation website and make my server public without hamachi and could you tell me which ports to forward please. I know how to portforward and im not a total noob to this. Could someone please send me the instructions. i am running on patch 2.1.1
