You open your sqlyog or navicat or what you use so press accaonts so on your accaont you under GM you shuld write 3 instead of 1 or 2 also remember to have 8 on flasg so you enable TBC

Also i tell you that its best to use DB becaus with DB you can edit all on your server(almost:P)

Yes it is a Emu that dont need sql database.

I'm pretty sure he knows that a non-sql emu doesn't need an SQL DB...

@Bgretydews: You do have a MySQL DB. Open Navicat/SQLyog and connect to localhost with username "root" and password "root". Oh, and to make yourself admin, open the accounts table and change the gm column of your account to az.
