How do we edit stats like intellect-not mana

How do we edit character stats like intellect also how can we in ascent edit creatures?..also with .pet createpet ..they all start with focus so trying to use mana type spells with them wont work anyway around this?.I'm trying to make a custom pet..

pets are handled with spells, so a server-side DBC edit would be necessary. As far as using mana on a pet, I believe that would require core editing. Focus should, if I remember correctly, work properly with energy based moves.
