How to get from patch 2.1.1 to 2.1.0?

yes, i have asked this question once before but i am still not to sure how to, i know its somthing about the repair.exe but i did that..nothing happend, so i appreciate if someone can lead me thru all the steps because if i start WoW it automaticly patches to the next patch, how can i stop this?

You have to delete one of the files, I think it's patch-2 or something.. then run repair.exe
