The default version of kobold is for 2.0.1, which is 6180. however my client version is 2.0.0 which is 6080, and I couldn't find any patch to update it to 6180. I tried to change the config file in LS fold and edited it to accept 6080, apparently it didn't work. Any1 kindly give a hint or link a patch from 6080 to 6180 enGB version. thanks.
You are mixing some thing here...
6180 = 2.0.1 normal client
6080 = 2.0.0. BC client
Edit LS\Conf\login_server.conf
This allows you to connect with BC6080 client# Alternative client version to be accepted by the server.
# Only recommended if the alternative version only has minor changes to the original server target.
# By default same as original server target version.
