HP/MP mana increase problem

A friend of mine has a level 70 warrior on official server magtheridon, and yesterday reached lvl 70 also in my private server.
Well, now the question is... why a warrior in magtheridon got arounf 10.000 hp, and in a private server got about 4.500?
Being suspicious i've asked to other friends from different classes/races to tell me how many hp they have on official servers...

The result? In my private all the hp/mana are messed up.
(i'm using antrix chaos repack 2, but i've also tested repack 1, and it's the same... so i've played some extremely high rate servers and got same result)

So my real question is:
How can i change hp?
I know i could enter in my db and modify it manually, but it would take me SO LONG... i'd like to change the hp/mana increase for level. Is it possible? If yes,.. how? xD
