i get this error when trying to execute custom vendors 3.0 in my database please help

hey. when i try to execute the +60custom vendors sql from my navicat it doesn't work when i try to execute it says this

what do i do to fix this? i really want these vendors on my ascent server... please help me how do i fix this error?
