Hi, i´m looking for it, too...
I don´t find it anywhere so i started my own translation ;)
Much work but i have much Time :P

EDIT: I´ve found a german msgs.def & quests.scp in the WDDG Community Platinum Server... The two files are for download on my home pc... But it seems that you need to create a new char for that it work... I´ve tried it with my old char and the quests i already got are english, when i create a new char the quests are german.

if you patch your emu to a german translation, you have to del the cache folder in wow, i got the same problem with old chars, after del it works
