Illidan Issue

Well this issue just occurred to me, that illidan is most likely a friendly faction towards alliance and horde, because everytime i try to attack him, it says "you cannot attack that target" which, by my experience would be a faction issue, is there any way to fix this, if it is not what i assumed?

its not. Just delete and respawn but he will not be scripted if you don't have the moddd revision or you did not compile ascent with the script.

My Illidan did too =)
When he has talked all things over with Akama... They just stand looking at eachother... So i jsut deleted him at spawned new one in his place :)

how do i delete him, and bring him back, without losing him permanantly?

1-Click on illidan stormage
2-type : .npc delete
3-go to his spot and type : .npc spawn 22917
4-Your done !

its really not needed to delete him u can just walk up to him and mark him

and press ".mod flags 0"

tough the delete and spawn thingy works.

the reason for this bug is cause its the wrong akama thats spawned in bt and he do not engage illidan as he should.. i belive however i cant say if you got the same bug as me :)

i havent done this with my illy since im hopeing for a public fix idk if there is one yet but ive seen it work on other private servers, and im not sure if the mod or the delete would ruin the first phase of illy where akama walks up to him and they talk a while blah blah blah then akama attacks illidan and your raid can join the party :)
