Increasing XP Gain?

I just got my server running...but can't figure out how to increase XP gain and item/gold drops etc.

How do I go about doing that?

Hi,

Please edit the mangosd.conf file. Scroll down a bit and midway you should see things like:

# Drop rates
# Default: 1
Rate.Drop.Items = 1
Rate.Drop.Money = 1

# XP rates
# Default: 1
Rate.XP.Kill = 1
Rate.XP.Quest = 1
Rate.XP.Explore = 1

Just simply change the values. So if you wanted 3x (or 3 times) the normal rate, you'd change the 1 to a 3, etc.

how do i make me a admin bro?

go into your realmd DB, open the "accounts" table, find the account you want to make admin, then change the value in column "GM" to 3

3 = Admin
2 = GM
1 = Spawner
0 = Player

Umm..I did it. But I don't think it worked. I changed the values to 3x xp gain, but it seems normal.

Did I miss something?

looks like normal cuz is almost blizzlike........ if u want a loser Xp.. ups i mean a high Xp and rates put ... 20 or 30 or even 100 ..

Well I'm just looking for a 3 or 4 times higher rate....wouldn't that just be a 3 or 4 in the variable?
