Instances, mobs, and quests messed up, need help!

I just set up my Antrix server and I'm having some troubles with creatures, instances, and quests... The creatures only can use melee, this includes bosses, instances don't spawn right or just dont act normal (stuff like chain pulls pull only 1 mob or mods sitting around doing nothing when they should be on a patrol pattern), and most the quests they other it 3 times to you and often just dont work : /

Besides all of this... I have had friends successfully join in and mess around on it and it is running just fine. Anyone know whats up with this? :(

mm, you can try updating rev's, which helps with alot of that stuff.. check silvermoon forums for revs :] they got alot out..

where would i find these forums? x_x And is this normal to happen or did i just mess up somewhere? : /

BTW is there a specific location i should put the Antrix program on my computer, currently its in a folder on my desktop..

I tried some newer revs, cores and repacks, it's still having the same problem. No creature will do any special move or long ranged attack :(
