Instances Not Working

I am using AC Web Ultimant Re-Pack, wich uses Antrix v921

Everytime i or another trys to join an instance i get an annoying error, this is what i get when i try to enter the Deprun Tram

Unable to join instance (6 on map 369) Droping off at Battle Point

has anyone elce got this error, how can i fix this?

u need to update your pas by using ad.exe
