Yes, actually there are two ways.

One is to fondle around with the database. This is the hard way and most likely you will screw something up while trying to make your own items.

Second one is MUCH easier. Mangos DBH ( Database Handler ). This handy tool can not only make items for you, but do pretty much anything else. Run MySQL scripts with a click of a button, self update, account, mob, tele management. So go ahead and download Mangos DBH and enjoy.
