Just a bit of help with my server

hi all i am a super n00b with private servers when it comes to making them but i have good experiance with game play but anyways i want to find the 2.1.3 templates because some of the items that are in 2.1.3 like illidins swords and such are not in the templates that i have so could someone please give me a link so i can replace them and have a more up to date loot table and another problem i have is that i wanna make my server local so me and my friends can go on so if anyone could help that would be great thanx
