first hi to everyone , second...thanks for the guide and files ...it is very nice from you to do such work for people.



but im here more because i have a little problem...the character loading problem...hehe i have it , well i have updated mysql files and all servers files too , but the problem till remains , tho i have found that the weather.sql file doesnt "load" completly from the one in the "SQL_Updates" file you gave. (maybe its only for me).

i will keep working on this,but if someone can help me...it would simply nice.

EDIT : i have used the Ad/fr.exe to extract my maps , iwas wondering if it could cause a conflict?

little more info would be helpful like conf files and such

but quickly ensure you have updated you HOSTS file found at C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\etc\

should look something like

127.0.0.1 dynDNSIP
[Internal IP] dynDNSIP
[ExternalIP] dynDNSIP

where dynDNSIP looks like something.mine.nu or whatever you made

post up your realm.conf definately but ascent.conf and logonserver.conf would be good too(change passwords or ***** them out whatever)

what ascent rev
what db you using?
conf files?
ports forwarded correctly?

throw those up for us so we can help troubleshoot :)
