Killing Connection help!

Hello everyone yes i have a very strange problem and please replay to my topic and do not ignore it thanks!

I am using a router and when i start up antrix and logonserver everything works fine however after around 15 minutes logonserver starts to mess up! It says killing connnection when a player is trying to connect and the weird problem is some people can connect and the other says killing connection... after 1 hour logonserver removes the realm:punch:
