Kobold gets to "CONNECTED" then stops

Ok this is what I have:

I'm running the stock Kobold server, got MySQL going and all the servers boot up fine. I'm running this strictly on my LAN and not for public use because I already am running Burning Chrome as my primary WoWemu. All ports are forwarding to the BC server in my Netgear router.

What I'm trying to do is directly connect to the host PC over my LAN, it's Authenticates, Logs in but gets stuck at CONNECTED. I've gone through and checked all .conf files, SQL tables and all the rest to make sure the IP address is correct for a local network but to no avail. the realmlist.wtf is set to 192.168.1.8 which is the host machine for Kobold. I've scoured the forums for over 2 hours now and havent found anything, any ideas?

The Login Server sees me connecting but the Realm Server shows no record of me getting in.

Try Set reamlist.wtf to 127.0.0.1

I really don't know, but I hope you can figure it out.

Well I would except that the machine thats hosting it is a different machine than what I'm trying to play on. The main computer's IP address is 192.168.1.3, the one hosting Kobold is IP 192.168.1.8. Like I said it let's me in and everything but just can't get past the part "CONNECTED". It hang's while trying to drop me into the RealmServer.
