[Kobold] XP - Dosent work

Ok, I installed Kobold 3 (Kobold_GSE_3.0.rar) with Laughing Onyxia DB (Onyxia.rar). I didn't follow any instructions but I managed to get the server running and every thing worked fine until I killed a mob and didn't get any exp. So I decided to test the exp and found out. That the exp works grate if you finish a quest or if you use the gm commands for it, otherwise you wont get any.

Any one experiencing the same problem or knows how to fix it ?
